David Rothon

David Rothon is Chief Executive Officer of Ajeej Capital (AD) Limited, the Public Debt business of Ajeej Capital. David was the co-founder of AD Global Investors in 2018 before the firm was majority acquired by Ajeej Capital in 2025. He was previously the Head of the Asset Management of First Abu Dhabi Bank. David has over 25 years experience in asset management gained at a number of leading firms including Barclays Global Investors (Blackrock), PIMCO, Northern Trust Asset Management and Colchester Global Investors. David is also the current Chairman of the Middle East Investment Management Association.
Ian Clarke
Co-Chief Investment Officer, Ajeej Capital, Public Debt
Ian Clarke is Co-Chief Investment Officer of Ajeej Capital (AD) Limited ,the Public Debt business of Ajeej Capital, with responsibility for the investment strategy of Public Debt investment products. Ian was the co-founder of AD Global Investors in 2018 before the firm was majority acquired by Ajeej Capital in 2025. Ian was previously the Head of Fixed Income at First Abu Dhabi Bank with responsibility for the management of FAB's fixed income investment capabilities. Prior to joining FAB, Ian was Deputy Head of Fixed Income and Currencies at Lombard Odier Investment Managers based in Switzerland where he was responsible for the Credit, Emerging Market Debt, Macro, Money Market and Quant teams. Preceding this Ian was based in Abu Dhabi as the Head of Internal and External Fixed Income at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). Prior to working at ADIA Ian's experience includes roles as CIO Fixed Income (UK) at Deutsche Asset Management in London, Rates strategist at Morgan Stanley and Head of the European bond team at UBK London.
Idrissa Boly

Idrissa Boly is Co-Chief Investment Officer of Ajeej Capital (AD) Limited, the Public Debt business of Ajeej Capital, with responsibility for the investment strategy of Public Debt investment products. Idrissa was the co-founder of AD Global Investors in 2018 before the firm was majority acquired by Ajeej Capital in 2025. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Fixed Income team at First Abu Dhabi Bank, a Portfolio Manager at Colchester Global Investors in London, and an Investment Analyst at DUMAC, LLC (Duke University Asset Management Company). He began his career as an Economic Advisor in his home country, Burkina Faso. Idrissa was a Fulbright Scholar and is an alumnus of the University of Colorado – Denver and Duke University.
